Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
This Policy is part of the Bixora Terms of Service. It describes what you may not do with the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
1. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services to:
Break the law or cause harm
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, telemarketing, anti-spam and call-recording laws;
- record, transcribe or store calls without the notices and consents required where you and your callers are located;
- send unsolicited calls or messages, or contact people who have opted out or are on a do-not-call list;
- collect information from or market to people under 18;
- promote or sell goods or services that are illegal where offered, or that require licences you do not hold.
Deceive
- misrepresent who you are, your business, your relationship to a client, or your authority over a Connected Account;
- define lead criteria or set outcomes dishonestly to manipulate an advertising platform;
- use tracking numbers, scripts or landing pages to impersonate another business or mislead visitors about who they are contacting;
- run advertising that breaches the policies of Google, Meta, Microsoft or any other connected platform.
Attack or abuse the Services
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services except under our Responsible Disclosure Policy;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, bot protection or invite-only onboarding;
- interfere with the Services or other customers' use of them;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-export data you are not authorized to access;
- reverse engineer, copy or attempt to extract our models, prompts, grading logic or source code;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Services to third parties except as an authorized agency for your own clients under the Terms.
Misuse telephony
- use tracking numbers for emergency services, robocalling, spoofing, toll fraud, or traffic pumping;
- forward tracking numbers to premium-rate, international or unauthorized destinations without approval;
- use messaging features without the sender registrations and consents the carriers require.
Misuse data
- upload or collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, government ID, or precise geolocation data) through forms or calls unless you have a lawful basis and have told us in writing;
- upload malware, or content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing.
2. Restricted industries
Because of platform, carrier and legal constraints, we may decline or restrict use for: firearms and weapons, adult content, gambling, cannabis and controlled substances, cryptocurrency and speculative financial products, debt collection, payday lending, multi-level marketing, political campaigning, and any business subject to sanctions. Contact us before requesting access if you operate in one of these areas.
3. Your callers and leads
You are responsible for how you treat the people who contact you through the Services: respecting their privacy, honouring opt-outs, keeping their information secure, and using it only for the purpose they contacted you.
