What counts as a "lead"?

Any inbound contact that goes through our tracking — a form submission, a phone call, an SMS, or a WhatsApp message. Leads are only counted once they're scored by our AI. Spam and bot submissions are filtered automatically and don't count toward your limit.

Can I connect Google, Meta, and Microsoft at the same time?

Yes. On Growth and Pro plans you can connect multiple accounts across all supported platforms simultaneously. Conversion signals are routed to the correct platform based on the session's original ad source.

What is AEO and how does it work?

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) tracks and improves your brand's presence inside AI search results — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok. We send automated probes to each engine, record whether your brand is mentioned, and surface gaps where you should be the answer but aren't.

How does pay-as-you-go work?

You add a credit card, and we charge per lead scored ($0.15) and per AEO scan ($0.50 per engine). There's no monthly minimum. You can set a monthly spending cap. Upgrade to a monthly plan anytime — unused credits carry over.

Do you offer a free trial?

All monthly plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll get full access to all features on your chosen plan. After the trial, you're charged monthly (or annually if you chose that billing cycle).

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancel anytime with no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days.

Is my data shared with ad platforms?

Only the conversion signals you explicitly enable are sent to ad platforms (e.g., which leads were high-quality). We never share raw lead data, call recordings, or PII. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Do you support white-labeling?

Yes, on Growth and above. Your clients see your agency's branding on the portal login, reports, and email notifications. You can set a custom domain for the portal.
